The Corporate Structure Optimisation Programme implemented by Clover Group and aimed at boosting the effectiveness of the key business processes included a management system providing for spin-off of operational businesses into independent companies.

Currently, four Managing companies have been set up within the Group:

 – "Clover Development":
• Development of buildings and territories;
• Project preparation;
• Construction works management.

 – "Clover Estate Management":
• Management and maintenance of real estate units;
• Lease and lettings and sale of real estate.

 – "Clover Entertainment":
• Management and maintenance of the "Я игра Ю" (“Ya Igra Yu”) family and leisure center network units;
• Lease of premises.

 – "Clover Hospitality":
• Hotel development & management.
