Clover House in Rostov-on-Don won the second prize among the Russian mixed-use complexes Mixed-use complex (MUC) Clover House in Rostov-on-Don won the second prize in the “Mixed-use complex” nomination of the annual federal commercial real estate awards - Commercial Real Estate Federal Awards (CRE Federal Awards). The nomination drawn together a few score of regional mixed-use complexes. In 2008 8 MUCs took part in the final part of nomination.
CRE Federal Awards had started in 2003 as a branch business-community initiative. In 2008 the jury had to choose among scores of commercial real estate facilities commissioned in 2007 in “Retail Real Estate”, “Office Real Estate”, “Mixed-use Complex”, “Industrial Real Estate” and “Hotel Real Estate” nominations.
Clover House MUC Clover House Mixed-use complex is the first A-class commercial real estate facility in Rostov-on-Don. World’s leading architects such as ADP Group and Chapman Taylor (Great Britain) were involved in this project. MUC’s total A-class business-area is 15 500 square meters and total retail area is 6 900 square meters. The complex was commissioned in the 3rd quarter of 2007. Among tenants of Clover House are such brands as Bayer Shering Pharma, Smirnoff, Volvo, Siemens, Microsoft, RZD (Rossijskie Zheleznie Dorogi), UniCredit Bank along with Rosgosstrakh, Rus-Bank, Troika-Dialog, L’Etoile, Glenfield and Gianco Mardini.
The Clover Group Company had already commissioned three Clover House mixed-use complexes in Nizhnevartovsk, Vladivistok and Rostov-on-Don in 2006-2007. In 2008 Clover Citycenter is to be commissioned in Kaliningrad. Back » |
