Clover Group Company and one of the leading international hotel operators, Intercontinental Hotels Group (IHG), have signed the Management agreement for Crowne Plaza Nizhny Novgorod Hotel and Staybridge Suites Nizhny Novgorod apart-hotel in Nizhny Novgorod. Hotels will be a part of the Clover Citycenter mixed-use complex (MUC) that is situated on the Verhnevolzhskaya embankment in the historical center of Nizhny Novgorod.

5* 202-room Crowne Plaza Nizhny Novgorod Hotel will include restaurant, bar and conference hall along with club storie and fitness-center. 4* 78-room Staybridge Suites Nizhny Novgorod apart-hotel reflectes the unique Staybridge Suites brand philosophy of combining the best of home and hotel.

Along with hotels Clover Citycenter MUC will comprise business center of 9300 square meters and retail and entertainment area of 9500 square meters. MUC’s commissioning is planned for 2011.
