Clover Group Company signed the Management agreement for 2 hotels in Nizhny Novgorod with Intercontinental Hotels Group Clover Group Company and one of the leading international hotel operators, Intercontinental Hotels Group (IHG), have signed the Management agreement for Crowne Plaza Nizhny Novgorod Hotel and Staybridge Suites Nizhny Novgorod apart-hotel in Nizhny Novgorod. Hotels will be a part of the Clover Citycenter mixed-use complex (MUC) that is situated on the Verhnevolzhskaya embankment in the historical center of Nizhny Novgorod.
5* 202-room Crowne Plaza Nizhny Novgorod Hotel will include restaurant, bar and conference hall along with club storie and fitness-center. 4* 78-room Staybridge Suites Nizhny Novgorod apart-hotel reflectes the unique Staybridge Suites brand philosophy of combining the best of home and hotel.
“Our research indicates there’s a growing type of traveller who is away from home for many days, or even weeks at a time and would prefer their hotel to feel more like home compared to a regular hotel, - said Andrew Cosslett, IHG’s CEO on the opening event.- From an owner perspective, the brand provides a great investment opportunity thanks to the comparatively low build cost and the stable revenues that one can expect in the extended-stay market, making us confident that the concept will succeed this side of the Atlantic.”
