Clover Group Company and one of the leading international hotel operators, the Rezidor Hotel Group, have signed the Management agreement for the Park Inn Hotel in Kazan. This is the second hotel of Clover Group to be managed by Rezidor.

The 174 room Park Inn Hotel is planned to be opened in December 2011. It is a part of the Clover Plaza mixed-use complex located at the city centre of Kazan. The hotel includes restaurant, bar and conference halls. The whole Clover Plaza complex also comprises business centre, residential, retail and entertainment components. The total area of the Clover Plaza complex is about 103 000 square meters.

According to Alexander Popov, CEO of Сlover Group, "We are delighted to continue our effective cooperation with the Rezidor Hotel Group, which started with our first project, the Radisson SAS Hotel, Kaliningrad. The hotel is due to open later this year.”
