The Clover Group Company, one of the leading Russian companies in commercial real estate market had started leasing business premises in the Clover Citycenter Mixed-use complex in Kaliningrad from February 2008. MUC is situated in the central part of the city on Pobedy Square. Clover Citycenter includes A-class business centre, trade area, family leisure and entertainment center, restaurant and food-court, fitnes-center along with underground parking and 5* Radisson SAS hotel with 180 rooms.

Negotiations on business premises’ leasing are being held with big Russian companies as well as with representative offices of foreign companies that appreciated MUC’s advantages as location, parking availability, engineering solutions and the level of service”.

Total area of the MUC is 48 500 square meters that concentrates 12 110 square meters of A-class business area, more than 10 000 square meters of trade area and 12 000 square meters of parking area. The commissioning of the Clover Citycenter will be on the 2nd semester of 2008. 

Clover Citycenter Mixed-use complex is the fourth among The Company’s objects that are commissioned last three years. The Clover Group Company had already commissioned three Clover House mixed-use complexes in Vladivistok, Nizhnevartovsk and Rostov-on-Don in 2006-2007.
