Construction of children`s entertainment centers is a rapidly developing activity in the real estate sphere implemented by Clover Group.

Currently a network of theme entertainment centers for children I plaY includes Treasure Island in Vladivostok, Nizhnevartovsk and Inca Empire in Kaliningrad. Each of the centers is oriented for children from 1,5 to 14 years and their parents.

Depending on the project the area of the centre makes from 800 to 1600 m2. Children`s centers offer the whole range of games and entertainment including:

• game centers, rooms and playgrounds
• halls with slot machines, video games and computer simulators
• sport attractions, multi-level labyrinths, ball pools, air tramps, chutes, forts with air guns, merry-go-rounds, arcades etc.

Children`s entertainment centers also accommodate cafes with special menu for kids and banquet rooms for birthdays and other festivities.

In every center there are performers who organize entertainment programs for the children of any age assisting them to adjust to the new surrounding and find new friends easily. These programs contribute to the development of movements, sensory and speech habits, formation of creative and logical thinking. Regular festivities with the characters of children`s favorite modern tales and cartoons (Smeshariki, Harry Potter, brave Pirates of the Caribbean etc.) leave unforgettable impressions.

Clover Group entertainment centers often get awards and letters of thanks. For example in 2008 Treasure Island in Vladivostok won the VI annual contest among recreation and entertainment parks of Russia and the CIS «Chrystal wheel 2008» in the nomination «The best entertainment center» and in 2009 Treasure Island in Nizhnevartovsk was awarded a gold medal in the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous District Interregional contest «Best goods and services in Ural –GEMMA– 2009 ».
