Unified Building Management System. The CDS suggests the use of a unified centralised building management system as well as constant temperature, humidity and air ventilation control indoors and also enables regulation and adjustment of climate in each separate space. 

Water supply and sewerage system maintained in compliance with the CDS, includes the water filtration system as well as various types of sewerage systems: service and utility, production process system, drainage sewerage systems as well as drainpipe and water discharge outlet networks.

Electricity supply system ensures power supply for the entire complex from the city electric supply network as of to the first category and it is also provided with a standby generator.

Fire safety system integrated into the units in compliance with the CDS includes the internal fire fighting water conduit, automatic fire extinction, smoke ventilation, fire alarm, fire warning and evacuation control systems. 

Building safety system consists of the video surveillance system for all the entrance areas including the parking lots, access control system, installation of the security alarms and a 24-hour site protection.
 
Lifts. In compliance with the CDS all construction units are equipped with top quality express lifts of the world's leading manufactures certified for service on the territory of Russian Federation.

Installation of telecommunications network, television networks and data transmission. The units constructed by the Clover Group Company are connected to the local and satellite television and Internet, telephone and fiber-optics communication are provided by the local service provider who ensures the reliability and continuity of connection and the stability of the system functioning.
