Strategy:
- Achieving the incontestably leading position in the regional markets of commercial and residential real estate; Sale of the Company's investment portfolio of 2,000,000 square metres in 25 largest economic, industrial and cultural centers of Russia until 2010.
- Setting-up a successful business venture which will include real estate development, management with a branching regional network.
- Implementing the Clover Development System standards of quality for construction works and real estate management.
- Emerging on the CIS and Eastern European commercial and residential real estate markets; Implementation of the socially responsible business practice.
- Increasing the cost of the Company's intangible assets: development, market launch and brand management in the field of commercial and residential real estate.
